It’s been a long time coming, and rife with leaks and rumours, but Ubisoft has finally lifted the lid on Assassin’s Creed Valhalla.
In a strangely riveting overnight livestream from Melbourne’s own rockstar digital artist BossLogic, the setting of the game was gradually unveiled by way of a gorgeous piece of art that showcases two wildly different scenes; Vikings navigating frigid waters in longboats on one side, a violent skirmish on the plains by a huge castle on the other. We also get a glimpse of what is certain to be Valhalla’s main character who looks, well, very much like a Viking.
Chuck the eight-hour-long livestream on in the background if you’re working from home, it’s super cool:
Otherwise, Ubisoft will be revealing more tomorrow, Friday 1/5 at 1am AEST.
Vikings!
