Hell finally comes for you mortal – the fight for Sanctuary arrives on both PC and Mobile devices!
After a colourful initial reception and development period, Diablo Immortal is finally available for download free on iOS, Android, and in Open Beta on Windows PC via Battle.net.
While we do not have our own review currently (it is still very much in progress) the general consensus seems that it is an enjoyable and authentic Diablo title, however awash in the expected Mobile-Game trappings that plague us all. A positive note definitely seems to be that the real money purchases within the game do not harm your experience if they are ignored – though your mileage will vary depending on the kind of player you are.
For the low low price of zero dollars, you can of course make up your own mind. Personally I am having a blast playing with a group of mates – and laughing off the store alerts along the way.
