Fairies Are Finally Coming To The Sims 4 In The Enchanted By Nature Expansion

In the early morning, developer Maxis announced Enchanted By Nature, the newest expansion for The Sims 4, coming to PS5, PS4, Xbox SeriesX|S, Xbox One, and PC on July 10.

Finally, after years of waiting, fairies are coming to The Sims 4. All thanks to the Enchanted By Nature Expansion Pack, Simmers will be able to visit the new location of Innisgreen to live in harmony with nature.

So, let’s get to the good stuff. You can make your own fairies, including their wings, by painting them yourself and even adding glowing tattoos. Fairies can do all sorts of things in this new pack, such as developing abilities to nurture plants, changing the moods of other Sims, and much more. The brand-new Fairy Stories Aspiration will also be available and will allow you to choose between Harmonious and Discordant fairy paths. Three additional traits are also being introduced to Create-a-Sim, including Plant Lover, Mystical, and Disruptive.

However, if you’d like to see the magic without being a fairy yourself, it’s entirely possible. Non-fairy Sims will be able to use the much-loved Fairy Dust to enchant plants, bring gnomes to life and much more.

The new location, Innisgreen, features three neighbourhoods: the gnome-loving Coast of Adhmor, Sprucederry Grove, where nature and residents reside, and, of course, the magical forest, Everdew. There are many adventures to get ready for in Innisgreen, such as meeting Mother Nature and starting your fairy journey from the Glaswood Tree statue to summon Spruce Almighty. Sims will also be able to bring even more plants into their homes thanks to this new pack, as new counters, shelves, gardening tables, and more featuring plants will be available.

Eight new ailments have made their way into this world. Surprisingly, some aren’t all bad, but if you want to feel better, you’ll need to get a cure. Fortunately, the apothecary table will allow you to find said cures. You’ll even be able to become a naturopath if you want a career in apothecary or hone the Elixir Enthusiast Aspiration if you like too. 14 additional recipes are waiting to be found at the apothecary table, so who knows what you’ll discover?

This upcoming pack will even make certain challenges, such as Rags-to-Riches, even easier to play as the Nature Living Skill lets Sims meet their needs outdoors and forage for items, including food. The Nature Nomad Aspiration will also be a perfect fit for this new lifestyle, but you better watch out for your Luck as it affects everything!

It should be noted that Enchanted By Nature is currently available for pre-order, and if players order the upcoming pack before August 21, 2025, they’ll also get their hands on a Lofty Leaf Pond, Luminous Mycena Lantern, and a Disguised Dwelling Fairy Home.
