Just when everyone thought the days of dubstep in video game trailers were over, here it is again in the opening cinematic to a Disney/JRPG crossover of all things. Yep, as we reported back in September, staple opening movie J-Pop star Utada Hikaru has teamed up with none other than Skrillex for Kingdom Hearts III’s intro stinger and, well, I kinda dig it!
The song is called Face My Fears and around a minute and a half of it can be heard in the cinematic, which Square Enix have so kindly pushed out to the public a little under two months from release. The trailer also features just the right amount of flashy imagery, angst-y teenagers and
wig character reveals to make it a classic Kingdom Hearts opener.
