Developer Other Ocean Interactive has announced that the multiplayer survival and social deception game Project Winter will be releasing on PS4 and Switch on September 16.
The eight-player multiplayer game sees players brave the snow-covered wilderness and fight to survive against the elements. Building shelters and staving off wild animals, the survivors must work together to escape an approaching blizzard. This would all be hard enough, but in each game, one player is marked as a traitor, working against the others to ensure they fail.
Communication is key and determining who the traitor is might not be as simple as it sounds. Project Winter has seen massive success on PC and Xbox, with over a million players jumping on to stab their friends in the back.
