Publisher Secret Mode and developer Sumo Digital have announced that the PvP racing game DeathSprint 66 will release on September 12.
Set in the year 2066, DeathSprint 66 sees players take part in the deadly sport that has eight runners gunning it through obstacle courses filled with gnarly traps and challenging tracks. These on-foot sprints don’t look a thing like the Olympic events happening right now, mainly thanks to the gruesome abilities that the participants can earn and use against their fellow runners, from Seeker Drones to Giga Saws.
If DeathSprint has captured your attention, why not try to get in early and give it a go? If you jump on the game’s Steam page, you can register for a playtest that’s taking place tonight (August 9) from 11pm.
