Prime Video has announced Secret Level, an adult-animated anthology series based on various video game properties, streaming on Prime Video on December 10.
Revealed as part of this morning’s Gamescom Opening Night Live, Secret Level is a 15-episode anthology series from Blur Studio, the team behind the excellent Love, Death + Robots. As an anthology, each episode will be a standalone story based in an existing video game world. And, you know what? The team has wrangled some pretty big series to be involved with this project, including:
- Armored Cord
- Concord
- Crossfire
- Dungeons & Dragons
- Exodus
- Honor of Kings
- Mega Man
- New World: Aeternum
- PAC-MAN
- PlayStation (Highlighting various PlayStation Studios beloved entities)
- Sifu
- Spelunky
- The Outer Worlds
- Unreal Tournament
- Warhammer 40,000
The trailer we got during ONL was packed with impressive visuals and some pretty tasty hints at what we can expect, including an appearance from Kratos, who will be popping up during the PlayStation episode.
