Apparently leaked ahead of an official reveal, some sources on the web have managed to nab a look at an upcoming Sonic The Hedgehog collaboration with the Transformers franchise.
I mean, collaborations are nothing new for the franchise of late, with everything from Godzilla to Monster Hunter seemingly getting a transforming robot toy – but I have to say, this one definitely came spin-dashing out of left field.

Brilliantly showing off Tails turning into his biplane and Sonic himself turning into his hot ride from Sonic & All-Stars Racing Transformed, the collab at least looks competent – for all we can see in the grainy leaked image. It’s great to see some original moulds, given that the odd collab figure can sometimes be a a bit of a lazy downer – seriously, the Godzilla crossover was dire.
The real proof will come from how they look in person – and more so, will we get a Dr. Eggman figure that turns into the Death Egg. Shadow, turning into a motorcycle? Anybody?
