The gang from South Park are making their way into Fortnite on January 9th, along with some major changes to Fortnite’s gameplay.
The long-awaited South Park collaboration is almost here, featuring five members of the friend group: Cartman, Kenny, Stan, Kyle, and Butters. And luckily enough, coming to Fortnite right in time with this collaboration is Quints, allowing you to squad up with five people to get that victory royale, but only up until February 5th.
Cartmanland will also be a physical addition to the map, which used to be the iconic Wonkee’s Land, along with a Cheesy Puffs consumable. The Stick of Truth also looks to be a mythic item to gain in matches. I wonder what it’ll do? This can all be seen in the trailer below:
The South Park collaboration will be coming to the item shop on January 9th. Other than Cartman, Kenny, Stan, Kyle, and Butters being added, and potentially Towelie as he was seen in the trailer, it’s unknown what other things from the show will be joining the roster, as there is also a free Born in Chaos Pass for players to obtain.
It should be noted that Fortnite’s response to small characters, putting them in mech suits, is how these South Park characters come to life. However, this time the characters are luckily less mech-like, thanks to their cardboard-and-aluminium-foil outfits.
