The Star Wars Battlefront II multiplayer beta will be coming to PlayStation 4, Xbox One and Origin for PC starting on October 4. Only catch? You will need to pre-order the game. Players will be able to take classic heroes to battle in the large scale 20 v 20 Galactic Assault mode on Theed City as well as joining Republic clone troopers and Separatist battle droids for some light hearted killing shenanigans surrounding the royal palace. You will also be able to strap into the cockpit and indulge in some dog fighting in a Starfighter assault battle.
In addition to early beta access, players who pre-order will also get bonus content including Yoda’s Epic Lightsaber Mastery Star Card (limited supplies on this oneuntil October 9, 2017, so be quick if you are a die hard fan). The beta will open to the public on October 6 and end on October 9.
I will keep zipped upon my stance on pre-ordering, but it is a safe bet that if you are indeed a huge fan who is willing to lay down those hard earned credits it might be a wise idea for the Yoda Star Card.
