I love me a good Rasslin’ game, so it goes without saying that i’m pretty pumped for 2K’s next release in the series, WWE 2K17. Even more exciting is the announcement of the Collectors Edition which is shaping up to be the best collectors edition in the series so far.
2K have announced that this years collectors edition is “All about NXT.” For those of you who don’t know, NXT is WWE’s televised developmental show where they give new superstars some exposure before moving them up to their main shows Raw and Smackdown. The show creates a lot of excitement in the wrestling community and it goes without saying that a lot of wrestling fans will be trying to get their hands on this collectors edition.
The NXT Edition will feature a mix of physical collectables and downloadable content.
Here’s what’s included:
- A copy of the WWE 2K17 video game;
- Exclusive premium packaging;
- NXT Enhancement Pack:
- Playable NXT Superstars: Shinsuke Nakamura, Nia Jax and Apollo Crews;
- 50 percent more points at NXT in MyCareer;
- Exclusive Canvas 2 Canvas lithograph designed by WWE artist Rob Schamberger and autographed by NXT Superstar Shinsuke Nakamura;
