The Yakuza series from developer Ryu Ga Gotoku has made its way into the mainstream more and more, most recently with the critically-acclaimed seventh mainline entry, Yakuza: Like A Dragon (check out our review here), as well as the entire series from Yakuza 0 to Yakuza 6 being made available on Xbox Game Pass. And now, not only can you experience all of the mainline games on current console but RGG are making their standout spinoff title from 2018 available on next-gen.
Judgment, the in-universe spinoff title where you play as Takayuki Yagami, a former lawyer turned private investigator, is coming to PS5, Xbox Series X/S and Stadia on April 23, 2021. The re-release will feature updated visuals, 60 FPS gameplay as well as all previously released DLC. This is not only great news for fans of the series, but also for those who missed out originally due to the game only releasing on PS4.
