Get Even Delayed A Month In Wake of Manchester Terror Attack

Psychological thriller delayed out of respect

Get Even, the psychological thriller shooter from The Farm 51 and Bandai Namco which was originally slated to release on May 26 has been delayed until June 23, 2017.

The game’s publisher, Bandai Namco announced the delay with the following statement:

Given recent events and out of respect we have decided to postpone the commercial release of Get Even to June 23rd. We would like to express our deepest condolences to everyone concerned.

The game’s premise is set around trying to save a young female with an explosive device strapped to her. You’re not sure why you were trying to save her and must use the tools at your disposal to figure out why.

Given the recent Manchester terrorist attack, the game’s premise may not appeal to a lot of people.

Get Even releases for PS4, Xbox One and PC on June 23, 2017.
