Celebrate 20 Years Of Pokémon With A Pokémon Direct Airing On February 27

Save the date.

Pokémon has been around for 20 years! The very first games were released in the year of 1996. This makes me feel old. I grew up watching and playing Pokémon. But I digress. Nintendo announced today that a Pokémon Direct broadcast will air at 2am AEDT Saturday, February 27, containing the latest on Pokémon games. Whether this will hold information on the inevitable, next adventure in another region is still unknown, but it would be safe to assume so. You will also more than likely hear about the newly released Pokémon Super Mystery Dungeon for the 3DS and the upcoming Pokémon fighter, Pokkén Tournament, which is being developed by Bandai Namco Entertainment and is being published by The Pokémon Company.

To tune in, check out the Nintendo Direct website at 2am AEDT on February 27, where the broadcast will be streamed, or watch it the next day on the same website.

For everything Pokémon and more, stay tuned to Do You Even Game Bro?
