Brain Training Is Back And Coming To Nintendo Switch

Dr Kawashima is back to whip your brain into shape!

One of the staple titles for the 3DS is now making its debut on the Nintendo Switch. Dr Kawashima’s Brain Training is getting a new game for Nintendo’s latest handheld later this year (in Japan).

The game will not only have the basic arithmetic games from previous titles but also feature some mini-games that take advantage of the IR sensor in right Joy-Con including rock, paper, scissors and solving equations using your hands.

The game currently has a release date for Japan of December 27, 2019. It will get both a physical and digital release with the physical version coming bundled with a stylus. No release information has been announced yet about the game coming to the West, but I think it would be safe to assume that we will be able to start wracking our brains with Dr Kawashima sometime in the new year.
