Higher resolution rats

During this morning’s extended Xbox and Bethesda Games Showcase, Focus Home Interactive and Asobo Studio announced that A Plague Tale: Innocence will receive a free update that will give it several nu-gen enhancements.

The update, which will go live on July 6, will give PS5, Xbox Series X&S and Nintendo Switch (as a cloud version) players access to 4K resolution (PS5 and Xbox Series X&S only), 60fps and 3D audio support. Furthermore, owners of A Plague Tale: Innocence on PS4 and Xbox One can upgrade to the nu-gen version for free.

If you missed the news earlier in the week, Focus Home Interactive and Asobo Studio announced A Plague Tale: Requiem, a sequel to A Plague Tale: Innocence. It’s set to launch in 2022 on PS5, Xbox Series X&S and PC, and will land on Xbox Game Pass on day one.
