Upcoming pixel art point-and-click adventure Verne: The Shape of Fantasy will hit Steam on August 14 the game’s publisher Assemble Entertainment has announced.
Developed by Gametopia, Verne: The Shape of Fantasy is set in Hemera in an alternative 1888 and follows the journey of renowned author Jules Verne as he searches for the lost city of Atlantis and the world-changing power that lies inside it. Acquiring the power, which is inside an ancient artefact known as The Flame of Hephaestus, will help Verne stop the war that threatens to destroy Hemera. To do so, Verne and his companion Captain Nemo will need to solve puzzles and rewrite history by using the IMAG device.
This is one for fans of classic point-and-click games.
