Atomic Heart Finally Gets A Release Date

The more the merrier in February 2023

Having been delayed from its 2022 release window and moving into 2023, Focus Entertainment has revealed that Mundfish’s Atomic Heart is arriving on February 21. Accompanying this welcome announcement is the frantic and fast-paced date reveal trailer that is going to keep Bioshock fans and interested onlookers secured on the hype train.

The blink-or-miss-it action reel rapidly shows frost powers, headless mutants, laser guns, and sexy soviet automatons. This is looking to be a bewilderingly high-octane, absurdist alternate 1950s action romp.

Pre-orders are now live for PS5, PS4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One and PC. All pre-orders will include the exclusive Labour & Science Weapon Skin Pack. Three editions of Atomic Heart will be available in the Standard, Gold, and Premium Editions. The Gold Edition includes the Atomic Pass which will provide four gameplay DLC packs adding new areas, enemies, weapons and bosses. The Premium Edition includes everything in the Gold Edition, as well as a digital artbook and additional cosmetics.

Another year, another burgeoning February for gamers to eagerly anticipate. Will Atomic Heart be a day-one purchase or backlog ambition for you? Let us know in the comments or on social media.
