Blink and you’ll miss it, but 60 seconds of fantastic futuristic cyber-ninja action has dropped in the form of a gameplay teaser for Ghostrunner 2 – showcasing an entirely new set of off-the-wall movement options and hack n’ slashy fun:
Ghostrunner was a big ol’ surprise in 2020 (and we gave it a big ol’ 9 for it’s efforts) introducing people to a super solid set of radical running and sword mastery. The sequel looks to up the stakes by introducing some killer biking sections, and a new threat for the Ghostrunner to deal with. The bike riding in particular looks absolutely berserk – with Jack legit tethering to a vertical surface and just casually zooming away.
The awesome part is the ending, promising that ‘BLOOD WILL RUN’ in our current year of 2023; so fans of this cyber world won’t have long to wait.
