Just before we entered 2024, the year of Dungeons of Hinterberg (hopefully), the team at Microbird dropped a new 15-minute trailer, showing off one of the game’s Overworlds – the snowy glacial area called Kolmstein.
Dungeons of Hinterberg is an action-RPG with social sim elements and sees main character Louisa travel to the Austrian town of Hinterberg to explore the 25 magical dungeons that appeared a few years earlier. It’s got a stunning cel-shaded art style and all of the game’s Overworlds are inspired by real Austrian landscapes.
Dungeons of Hinterberg is one of our most anticipated games of 2024, and if it wasn’t high on your list, it should be now.
