Devolver Digital has announced that five games in its release schedule have been delayed out of this year and into 2024.
Not content with a simple press release, enigmatic publisher Devolver Digital has published a three-minute Devolver Delayed Showcase that flipped the script and announced delays instead of release dates. As detailed in the tongue-in-cheek showcase, The Plucky Squire, Pepper Grinder, Skate Story, Stick it to the Stickman, and Anger Foot have all been delayed and will now release in 2024.
Hearing about a game being delayed is always rough news, but at least we can have a laugh when it’s delivered in a satirical video that pokes fun at Nintendo and other major publishers that produce similar showcase
