Here Are The New Titles Coming To Xbox Game Pass In April 2023

A tidy little update

Sure, the only game I have eyes for in April is Star Wars Jedi: Survivor, but it doesn’t release until the end of the month. What on earth am I going to do in the meantime? Oh wait, that’s right, the gaming wheel never stops turning, and neither do subscription services. On that topic, Xbox Game Pass is getting its monthly update, sprinkling in some solid titles and a day-one release. As announced on Xbox Wire, five games are being added to Xbox Game Pass in the first half of April.

Here are all of the games being added to Xbox Game Pass in April 2023:

Available Now

  • Loop Hero (Console, PC)

April 6

  • Iron Brigade (Console, Cloud)

April 12

  • Ghostwire: Tokyo (Console, PC, Cloud)

April 13

  • NHL 23 (Console)

April 18

  • Minecraft Legends (Console, PC, Cloud)

April is one of those months where we lose more games than we gain, but I feel like the balance of quality levels things out somewhat. Here are all of the games leaving Xbox Game Pass in March:

  • Life is Strange: True Colors (Console, PC, Cloud)
  • Moonglow Bay (Console, PC, Cloud)
  • Panzer Corps II (PC)
  • Rainbow Six Extraction (Console, PC, Cloud)
  • The Dungeon of Naheulbeuk (Console, PC, Cloud)
  • The Long Dark (Console, PC, Cloud)
  • The Riftbreaker (Console, PC, Cloud)

Minecraft Legends dropping day one onto Game Pass is a pretty big win, with the spinoff title looking like a solid mix of action and strategy. And those who don’t own a PlayStation or a PC will finally get a chance to play the one-time exclusive Ghostwire: Tokyo, so that’s exciting.

Which of these titles will you be playing? What would you like to see added later in the month? Let us know in the comments or on our social media.
