New Devil May Cry 5 Trailer Shown At TGS, Featuring Dante Gameplay

Featuring Dante from the Devil May Cry Series

Capcom has dropped a new Devil May Cry 5 trailer today at Tokyo Game Show, showcasing gameplay of fan favourite character Dante.

The 3-minute trailer included Dante taking the fight to demons with his renowned sword Rebellion, as well as his guns Ebony and Ivory. Also shown off in the trailer was a motorbike that Dante can not just ride, but also use as a weapon. The motorbike even splits in to two, allowing for Dante to dual wield attack. It’s utterly insane, but rather befitting of a Devil May Cry Game.

We also finally got to lay eyes on the third playable character V, a new client of the “Devil May Cry” office that seems to talk purely in poetic verses. More information on V will be given in the coming months, but what we do know now is that he will be playable alongside Dante and Nero.

Revealed at the end of the trailer were the goodies available to those who purchase the Devil May Cry 5 Deluxe Edition. Deluxe Edition owners will get access to four exclusive Devil Breaker weapons, with one of them being Mega Man’s mighty Mega Buster. Other bonuses include live action cutscenes, additional music tracks featured in previous DMC titles, Alt Style Rank Announcers & Titles, and an additional motorbike weapon for Dante known as the Cavaliere R.

Devil May Cry 5 is coming to PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC on March 8, 2019. You can watch the new Tokyo Game Show 2018 Trailer right here:
