Of Course PowerWash Simulator Is Getting A Back To The Future DLC

The act of powerwashing via a high pressure hose is timeless – so of course, we gotta apply some time travel to it.

Developer FuturLab has dropped a fantastic announcement that the next huge DLC pack for PowerWash Simulator will be a collaboration with Universal Pictures to deliver some incredible Back to the Future content, with iconic maps and vehicles that are in desperate need of a clean:

For many, this may well be the closest they ever come to a Delorean – not to mention a time machine.

Kirsty Rigden, the Co-CEA of FuturLab shares the excitement of such a killer content drop:

Back to the Future is a dream IP. This new collaboration gives us the opportunity to take our players somewhere completely unexpected… the past, future and present!

The real winner is the fact that this DLC is going to include Doc Browns absurdly cool Time Train. The steam-powered time-behemoth appeared in the final movie, and filled a young me with awe – it was a flying train, what isn’t to like.

As for a release date, nothing is mentioned yet – just a promise of later this year. But considering it is September, there is not a lot of ‘later this year’ left – so it can’t be terribly far away.
