The internet has been in a frenzy over the last week not only because of the latest Resident Evil game, Resident Evil Village, getting a release date but mostly because of a certain very tall vampire lady.
Lady Dimitrescu looks to be one of the main antagonists of Village and her imposing stature and polarising emotions arising from her appearance has given rise to a raft of fanart, cosplay and memes across the internet. But the one thing that most people wanted to know was just how bloody tall the Lady of the Castle is. Many people have gone full investigator mode, breaking down each of her appearances in the trailer and using some hardcore mathematics to get some pretty impressive numbers.
Well, today everyone can rest easy because the art director of Resident Evil Village, Tomonori Takano, has confirmed that Lady Dimitrescu is 2.9m tall (inclusive of her hat and high heels). This information came from the official Resident Evil twitter:
