South Park: The Fractured But Whole Has Been Delayed… Again

Getting feelings of The Last Guardian all over again

Earlier today, Ubisoft announced that their upcoming title, South Park: The Fractured But Whole, has been delayed again. It was previously slated for a release last year on December 6, however it received a delay until Q1 2017. Ubisoft has confirmed that the game will release at some point during next fiscal year (April 2017 to March 2018) which is a very broad release window.

Because of the additional delay, Ubisoft revised its sales forecast for the current fiscal year, which ends March 31. The new range, which reflects the fact that The Fractured But Whole won’t be released in the 2016-17 fiscal year, runs from €1.61 billion ($1.72 billion) to €1.67 billion ($1.78 billion) — a drop of €155 million on the low end and €175 million on the high end.

South Park: The Fractured But Whole is the highly anticipated sequel to 2014’s South Park: The Stick of Truth. It is now slated for release window of in between Q2 2017 and Q1 2018. It’s due to release on the PlayStation 4, Xbox One and Windows PC.
