Nintendo and Illumination have revealed that the first teaser trailer for the Super Mario Bros. movie will premiere during New York Comic Con next month.
The assumedly short snippet from the upcoming animated film will debut at the convention on October 7 at 6am AEST. Having been delayed from 2022 to the new date of April 7, 2023, the movie adaptation will feature a stacked voice cast, including Chris Pratt as Mario, Jack Black as Bowser, Anna Taylor- Joy as Peach, Charlie Day as Luigi and Seth Rogan as Donkey Kong. That cast list sounds like a fever dream at the moment, so hopefully, this teaser will provide some solace for those worried about the Nintendo icons being done dirty.
