Infinity Nikki, the absolutely stunning-looking upcoming fifth installment in the beloved Nikki series, has finally gotten a release date.
Fans and newcomers eager to check out this open-world dress-em-up adventure on PS5, PC and mobile will be able to do so fairly soon on December 5th.
Billed as “the cosiest open world game,” Infinity Nikki will take players on an adventure across Miraland, one packed with high-flying platforming, collecting, minigame challenges, discoveries and of course plenty of beautiful dresses to try on.
If you’ve never touched a Nikki game before, that’s okay – me either! But I’m stoked to get into this one just for the absolute vibe of it. Miraland is a world built on style and self-expression, so finding blueprints for new clothing pieces and enhancing your outfits is also the gateway to gaining new abilities. Accompanied by an adorable cat named Momo, Nikki’s up for plenty of collecting, crafting and exploring in a huge world filled with stuff to do.
Infinity Nikki is celebrating a huge milestone of over 30 million pre-registrations across PS5, PC, Android and iOS, which means keen players will get access to a bunch of bonus items when the game launches.
The PlayStation Blog also recently published a hands-on account of their time with the game, which you can read about right here.
You can watch the shiny new Release Date Announcement trailer for Infinity Nikki below, featuring the theme song for the game, Together Till Infinity, which is performed by Jessie J of Top of the Pops – Christmas Edition 2011 fame:
