In anticipation of Overwatch 2 releasing it’s Season 2 content, a gameplay trailer has been released to showcase what Ramattra brings to the tanking table.
In short? Mighty punches that put the petulant peasants in their place:

One of the crazier aspects of his kit, is his ultimate ability: Annihilation. Firstly, the name is badass – but how it works is even cooler. Similar to the ultimate ability of Zenyatta, Annihilation will create an aura around Ramattra as he transforms into his hulking Nemesis form. This aura will actually project beams that latch on to enemies within range, and start depleting their health.
Here is the kicker however – as long as one of these beams persists, Ramattra can remain in his Nemesis form. This is usually something that only lasts for short bursts, due to it’s incredibly tanky and durable nature – but if you are right in the thick of the enemy team, and they are not managing to take you out, you better believe you are in for the long haul.
Ramattra sounds like an incredibly unique character to grace the maps of Overwatch 2 – better get ready for a massive shift when Season 2 drops on December 6th.
