For the last week I’ve had the pleasure of playing through the Nintendo Switch’s next big first-party title, Yoshi’s Crafted World, and having a great time. While you’ll have to wait until closer to launch to read my full review, I did think it important to investigate and report on one crucial aspect; can you pet the dog?
Yes, inspired by and in the spirit of the popular Twitter account, @CanYouPetTheDog, I wondered if Yoshi would be given the opportunity to show his love and appreciation to the adorable and helpful pup, Poochy.

Don’t mistake me for pointing this out as weird or anything, either, it’s super adorable in a way that only Yoshi could get away with.
