343 Industries has debunked a recent leak, confirming that the studio will continue to develop games in the Halo series.
Following a leak that suggested that the long-running Halo developer was being moved off the franchise, 343 Industries Studio Head Pierre Hintze took to Twitter with a short and concise statement that puts the rumour to bed.
In response to the report, Hintze stated, “343 Industries will continue to develop Halo now and in the future.”

The rumour claimed that layoffs and the shakey release of Halo Infinite were the driving reasons behind 343 being moved into a supervisory role, with third-party studios being given the reigns for future instalments in the game series.
