Teasers can often be pointless. Often they tease something so intrinsically obvious that they can barely be called teasers to begin with.

Then, there are teasers where the Call of Duty Twitter feed posts a cinematic showcase of Shredder from Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles.

With a slow motion pan over his iconic shinobi attire, resplendent in spikes and metallic armor – there is no mistaking exactly who this is. There is even a clear shot of a canister of ooze slung in a pouch – just in case there was any doubt.

But herein lies the real questions – what the heck is Shredder doing in a Call of Duty teaser? Will we see the rest of the cast? Will Splinter make an appearance? If it’s a player skin, does that mean we are going to see the razor sharp villain packing a shotgun or sprint knifing people?
