Age of Empires IV Gets Gameplay Trailer

Microsoft gave us the first gameplay trailer for Relic Entertainment’s Age of Empires IV at the X019 conference in London today, and it looks pretty schmick indeed.

The trailer confirms that the game will feature the medieval era – it’s unknown whether other periods of history will feature as well – and shows off a Mongol attack on an English castle. No release date was announced, but it’s safe to assume that we can expect it next year. Age of Empires IV will be available on Windows and Xbox One.
