The Apex Games are going portable. We’ve known for a while now that Apex Legends would be heading to Nintendo’s handheld hybrid soon, but it’s just been announced that the Switch version will be releasing on March 9, 2021.
This news dropped just a Season 8 began, introducing the new legend Fuse, the new 30-30 repeater weapon and a reworked Kings Canyon map. Switch players will be able to play with and against existing players via crossplay and it will, of course, be free to download.
We're proud to announce that Apex Legends launches on Nintendo Switch on March 9th, 2021.
