Apex Legends: The Board Game Has Launched On Kickstarter And You’ll Need A Supply Bin To House All Of The Content

There’s a lot of loot to be had

Glass Cannon Unplugged has launched the Kickstarter campaign for Apex Legends: The Board Game, revealing all of the game’s content, pricing info and pledge levels.

Announced back in February, the board game adaptation of the popular battle royale has already hit its funding goal and is now hurtling towards the yet-to-be-announced stretch goals.

The game itself is a two-four-player team-based skirmisher that plays out similarly to the video game it’s based on. Teams will control one of the Legends, each with their own miniature, base, abilities and feat cards. During the game, players will move around a modular board filled with buildings and obstacles to hunt for gear before engaging in battles with the opposing team. Each weapon and piece of gear looted will have its own power strengths and weaknesses that will alter fights and give players a leg up on their foes.

As far as content goes, Apex Legends: The Board Game is a hefty beast. There are four pledge levels available, with extra Legends, components and modes added the higher you go and more money you spend.
