Is there anything more Australian than sitting in your underwear on a stinking hot summer’s day playing video games? Probably. But(t) anyway, it’s still a damn good time.
This summer is set to be a scorcher, and it’s going to get even hotter with Adelaide-based studio Juicy Cupcake announcing that their couch co-op underwear-themed party brawler Brief Battles is hitting the Nintendo Switch in February 2020. Juicy Cupcake has revealed that the Switch will run at a…juicy…60fps, giving players a slicker look at underwear warfare.
After a successful Kickstarter in 2017, Brief Battles launched for PS4, Xbox One and PC in May of this year, with WellPlayed’s Kieron Verbrugge scoring it an 8, saying “Like a good pair of tighty-whities fresh from the dryer though, it’s a simple, comfortable good time that only gets better with friends by your side (no? just me? okay.”
The Switch release will coincide with a major update for all platforms, with details to be shared closer to launch.
