Aussie-Made Rooftop Renegade Release Date Set For February

Get your rocket-powered skates on this February

Rooftop Renegade, the side-scrolling platformer from South Australian developer Melonhead Games will launch on February 17 the studio has announced.

Beginning development in 2018 as part of a Global Game Jam, the team at Melonhead has been hard at work on the title, with the game recognised as part of PAX Australia’s Indie Showcase in 2022.

Rooftop Renegade is set in a cyberpunk world and sees you wear the rocket-powered skates of Svetlana, engaging in fast-paced platforming as she avoids being captured by Globalcorp. Local multiplayer of up to four players will be included, where three players will take on the role as Globalcorp gunners.

Rooftop Renegade releases on February 17 on PS4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch and PC.
