If you’re a lover of crazy cooking games like we are at WellPlayed and haven’t heard of Bake ‘n Switch you might want to check out the trailer below. Created by Streamline Games, Bake ‘n Switch has been in early access for a while now on Steam following a successful Kickstarter campaign earlier this year to add online multiplayer to the game. The aim of the game is to get baked, combining different kinds of dough-animals to increase their size, change their flavours and save the cute critters from being corrupted by mouldy monsters so they can cook for points. All of the dough-animals are super cute and punny, and the game is really stunning. As long as your internet is reasonable the online multiplayer runs great, I played some early access beta multiplayer with my typical Aussie internet very successfully and it’s a great feature to have in these current times. Just like Overcooked, I can guarantee lots of yelling at your teammates or your frenemies. Bake ‘n Switch made the move to its first console this week and is now available on the Nintendo Switch via the Nintendo eShop. The game will also be coming to PS4 in the future, but no exact date yet.
