Sniper Ghost Warrior Contracts was announced in August 2018, and since then we’ve heard practically nothing about the game and its supposed change of style from the open world of Sniper Ghost Warrior 3. That was until a couple of weeks ago when CI Games started to tease an announcement of sorts, which culminated tonight in the first look at the game via a teaser trailer.
Contracts takes the series to the familiar Siberian wilderness, however, instead of an open-world setting, Contracts will deliver a much tighter gameplay experience.
The game’s contracts-based system will give the player a monetary reward for completing missions, and with a myriad of ways to complete your objective and open-ended mission design allowing for replayability, players will be able to redeploy numerous times to earn more cash to buy better upgrades and redeem rewards.
Play as a paid contractor, an assassin for hire with hundreds of ways to take down a wide range of targets. Beware rival snipers who won’t hesitate to disrupt your best-laid plans. Enhanced Scope Mode offers the most realistic experience of intense sniping with a wide range of targets and hundreds ways to kill.
Sniper Ghost Warrior Contracts will release in 2019 on PS4, Xbox One and PC.
