Dark Souls Remastered Network Test Playable From On May 11-12

It draws near

In preparation for its main release on May 25th, Bandai Namco have made downloads for the Dark Souls Remastered Network Test available on the PlayStation Store and Microsoft Store. Unfortunately for PC users there is no version of this on Steam and it doesn’t seem like there is any version planned either, though there will be a Switch version later.

You’ll need to be quick as downloads for the test close on May 8 at 8pm.

Now the network test will only be playable on May 11 and 12 and after that you’ll just have to wait the two weeks until the game is released on May 25 to play Dark Souls Remastered again.

Hopefully this will give us a good look at how the game will perform on the current generation of consoles as the original performed notably bad on every platform.

Dark Souls Remastered will be releasing on May 25 for the PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC. It currently touts 1080p 60fps gameplay while also being built in FromSoftware’s newest engine which allows the game to run cleaner. The Nintendo Switch version will release later in the year.
