Final Fantasy VII Remake Has Been Delayed

Square Enix used Slow!

Well, this is a bummer!

Final Fantasy VII Remake’s release date has officially been pushed back by just over a month. Square Enix posted the news to Twitter, with the following image announcing the delay and explaining the reason for it:

The extra few weeks of development time will seemingly allow the team to put the right amount of polish on before shipping out the finished product, so it seems it’s for the best. And when fans have waited this long already, what’s another month, right?

Final Fantasy VII Remake now launches April 10, 2020 for the PlayStation 4.
