Haunting Deck-Builder Bloodletter Is Releasing In Early Access Release In January 2026

The heart of the cards

Berlin-based developer Aldamami Games has announced that its deck-building strategy card game Bloodletter will be released in early access in January 2026.

Inspired by medieval superstitions and the tarot divination method, Bloodletter is a strategic title that will see players take over a bathhouse taking on a monstrous undertaking. With otherworldly entities corrupting the townsfolk, you’ll employ various remedies in the form of cards to heal their bodies and ailed minds. As your relationship with villagers grows, they will lend their abilities to you to strengthen your healing remedies.

Working on a day/night cycle, players will grow their decks, just as the sickness spreads its influence. The strategy won’t be confined to the playing of the cards, but the composition of the deck and the townsfolk abilities employed.

While we can’t bookmark a specific date for the game’s early access release in January, eager players should head over to Bloodletter’s Steam page to add it to their wishlist.

Keen to show the game in motion, Aldamami released a gameplay trailer to celebrate this initial release info, showing both the day and night portions of the game in action.
