After being announced as one of the 11 games coming to Xbox Game Pass in December 2022, Hot Wheels Unleashed – Game of the Year Edition has been removed from the upcoming list with no new date provided.
Over on Xbox Wire, an updated list of games coming to Xbox Game Pass this month was published that contained all of the same titles, save for the exclusion of Hot Wheels Unleashed. It’s not all doom and gloom, as an editor’s note at the end of the articles reveals that the racing game will be coming soon.
“Hot Wheels Unleashed – Game of the Year Edition is no longer coming on Dec 15, 2022 as previously announced. We will update with a new date when we have more information to share.”
Here is the updated list of games hitting the service in the first half of December 2022:
Hot Wheels Unleashed is a fun arcade racer with toy cars that look absolutely incredible. If you’re nostalgic for Hot Wheels, you’ll definitely get a kick out of it (we gave it a 7.5).
