It’s time for another Indie World Showcase stream on thanks to Nintendo. This morning’s presentation showcased a staggering number of games, among them some surprise releases for today as well as some very mischievous multiplayer mayhem for one beloved, untitled indie. Check out a quick recap of everything that happened:
- Supergiant Games is bringing the rogue-like dungeon crawler Hades to Nintendo Switch. Cross-saves with PC will be possible! Coming Spring 2020
- Hypnospace Outlaw is a nostalgic portal to the ye’ olde internet of the 90’s. Launches August 27
- Spiritfarer is cosy management game where you help the spirits get to the afterlife by transporting them on your ferry and making lasting memories along the way. Releasing later today
- Garden Story is a cute pixelated action adventure game where you play as a grape and its coming to Nintendo Switch! Releasing in 2021
- Subnautica – delve deep and discover what has happened to this underwater world. The sequel Subnautica – Below Zero is also coming to Switch and both will release in early 2021
- Takeshi and Hiroshi – a game with amazing clay-mation and a story about an older brother who entertains his little brother with a video game he is designing. Releasing later today
- Raji – An Ancient Epic – An action adventure game set in ancient India inspired by Hindu and Balinese mythology. Releasing later today as a timed console exclusive on Nintendo Switch
- Bear and Breakfast – Play as bear and innkeeper Hank and manage your business and explore the wilderness. Releasing as a timed console exclusive on Nintendo Switch in 2021
- A Short Hike – a live pixel art experience that you play at your own pace as you explore this detailed nature filled world. Launching later today as a timed console exclusive on Nintendo Switch
- Card Shark – Fleece and cheat your way to the top in historic France by playing cards like your life depends on it. Releasing on Nintendo Switch in 2021
- Torchlight III is coming to Nintendo Switch with heaps of treasure and you can build your own forts to show it all off. Releasing this Spring. Get an exclusive red fairy in the Nintendo Switch version
- Manifold Garden is full of mind bending puzzles and is releasing on Nintendo Switch later Today
- Save the afterlife in the dream like puzzle platformer Evergate. Launching later today
- A bunch of sneak peeks for the following: Haven (The Game Bakers; Later this year), Going Under (Aggro Crab/Team 17; September 24), The Red Lantern (Timberline Studio; Spring 2020), Unrailed!
