Indie developers YCJY has announced that its highly anticipated road trip RPG, Keep Driving, will be released on Thursday, February 6th, on PC.
Keep Driving is an atmospheric management RPG set in the early 2000s that features pixel art which is procedurally generated as you journey through the open world to a festival on the other side of the country. You’ll upgrade, customise, and repair your car to continue your journey. Solve challenges using a unique turn-based combat system, where you’ll use your skills and items in your glovebox to get by. Most importantly you’ll pick up hitchhikers who have their own stories to tell and personalities to show.
Keep Driving is all about deciding how you get to your destination, and once your road trip has come to an end, you’ll return to the beginning and uncover what may have happened if you went on a different path. Luckily, you’ll have the opportunity to immerse yourself many times as there are multiple endings, each taking between 1 – 4 hours to complete. Remember to enjoy the ride as you discover highways, dirt tracks, and country roads on each of your journeys.
For those not wanting to miss out on this interesting road trip, Keep Driving is currently available to Wishlist on Steam.
