Latest Streets of Rage 4 Trailer Reveals New Character, Online Co-Op And 4-Player Local Co-Op

Hurry up and release already

Streets of Rage is a series that has a special place in my heart thanks to Streets of Rage 2 – a game that would help kickstart my love and passion for video games. So it should come as no surprise then that Streets of Rage 4 is one of my most anticipated titles for 2020.

Developed by LizardCube and Guard Crush Games and published by Dotemu, Streets of Rage 4 is set to launch in 2020 and looks like a perfect blend of modern beat ’em up gaming and nostalgia. Plus that art style is bang on.

Earlier this morning, Dotemu released the game’s latest trailer which not only reveals the game’s latest character Floyd Iraia, but also confirms that the players will be able to play co-op online as well as up to 4-player co-op locally – a first for the Streets of Rage franchise.

Honestly, the game looks so good and I hope they announce a release date soon. In the meantime check the trailer out for yourself:

Streets of Rage 4 will launch in 2020 for PS4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch and PC.
