More Titles Are Being Added To Xbox Game Pass In January 2023

Start the year in style

First, we learn about upcoming games, and now there are games right here on our doorstep. Following on from yesterday’s Xbox & Bethesda Developer Direct, a new batch of Game Pass games were unveiled. The first half of this month saw two Persona titles, and Monster Hunter Rise added to the service, but that’s not all for the first month of the year. As announced on Xbox Wire, nine games are being added to Xbox Game Pass during the second half of January.

Here are all of the games being added to Xbox Game Pass in January 2023:

Available Today

  • Hi-Fi Rush (Console, PC, Cloud)
  • GoldenEye 007 (Console, Cloud)

January 30

  • Roboquest (Console)

January 31

  • Age of Empires II: Definitive Edition (Console, Cloud)
  • Inkulinati (Console, PC, Cloud)
  • JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure (Console, PC, Cloud)

February 2

  • Darkest Dungeon (Console, PC, Cloud)
  • Grid Legends (Cloud)

February 7

  • Hot Wheels Unleashed – Game of the Year Edition (Console, PC, Cloud)

I don’t need to explain it to you; there are games coming in, meaning other games need to hit the road. Here are all of the games leaving Xbox Game Pass in the second half of January:

January 31

  • Donut County (Console, PC, Cloud)
  • Taiko no Tatsujin: The Drum Master (Console, PC)
  • Telling Lies (Console, PC, Cloud)
  • Worms WMD (Console, PC, Cloud)

The easy standout here is Hi-Fi Rush, the new rhythm-based action game by developer Tango Gameworks. Revealed and released yesterday during the Developer Direct, Hi-Fi Rush looks like a bright, colourful good time, so give it a download and find out for yourself. Outside of that, I want to shine a quick light on Donut County. If you haven’t played this relaxing little puzzle game that features talking racoons, you owe it to yourself to do so before it leaves Game Pass.

Which of these titles will you be playing? What would you like to see added in February? Let us know in the comments or on our social media.
