After a blisteringly fast development cycle, Mortal Kombat has a premiere date that is looming on the very close horizon. Fans have been a little concerned however, because of the immediate lack of a trailer – usually a sign of a maybe terrible film. Maybe.

It isn’t a long wait until ‘this Thursday’, once you take into account the fact that the US-centric reveal means Friday for us Aussies. Let’s see if it cuts the mustard!
Mortal Kombat will release in cinemas and HBO Max on April 16.
