The announce trailer for Overwatch 2’s thirteenth season of content has dropped, bringing with it a look at what magical mayhem awaits players when the Spellbinder update comes to town.
With a sensationally spooky and masterfully mystical theme, you can enjoy the Halloween festivities while also dressing up as witches and weirdoes.

Within the trailer we get a look at Widowmaker as the newest mythic skin suited up in a rather simplistic witchy-poo outfit. Not quite the same bananas-level pomp and craziness that we have seen in the past, however there is also a twist – all existing mythic-quality skins have received a new golden palette. Curious.
The trailer then ends with a clear teaser of the next hero character to arrive within Overwatch, with the Oasis containment lab having it’s ferro-fluid containment areas destroyed and graffitied with the word “PHREAKS” – before a very scottish voice announces that it’s “Starting to look like a revolution!”.
The season is only a few short days away, with the date set as October 14.
