Nintendo and The Pokémon Company have announced that the rollout for Pokémon Sleep has begun, with the app available in Australia for Android and iOS right now.
Properly revealed back in February of this year during the Pokémon Presents showcase, Pokémon Sleep is a lifestyle app that tracks your sleeping habits, rewarding you with visits from drowsy pocket monsters depending on how much shut-eye you get. During the day, you can feed the big old Snorlax that hangs out within the app, increasing its strength. By night, the app tracks how much sleep you’re getting, which, combined with the Snorlax’s strength, will determine what kind of Pokémon will visit you.
The aim of the game/app is to fill out your Sleep Style Dex, with each of the available Pokémon having several different sleeping styles to record. If you’re interested in giving Pokémon Sleep a go, you can download it for Android HERE and for iOS HERE. Now, go take a nap.
IT BEGINS. #PokemonSleep is now available in Australia, Canada, Latin America, and New Zealand for iOS and Android!!
(availability updates for other countries coming SOON)
